No monthly fee, no contract. A complete till and back office for cafés, restaurants, shops and canteens, built by people who have stood behind the counter for over twenty years. Add only what you need, and if something is missing we build it for you.
Naked Coffee
Shake & Slice Guys
Discount Flooring SuperstoreThe basic till costs nothing. Sales, payments, receipts, discounts, cash-up and staff PINs on the devices you already own. No contract, no minimum term.
Stock, suppliers, scheduling and payroll, online ordering, loyalty, several sites. Each one is an add-on you switch on when you want it, free for the first three months, not a bundle you pay for whole.
Something nobody else offers? Tell us how your business works and we adapt the till to it. That is the whole reason 3fee exists.
Till, stock, suppliers, staff, rotas, reports, finance and marketing talk to each other because they are one product. A delivery note photographed at the back door updates your stock and your costs by itself.
| Site | Sales | Net |
|---|---|---|
| Town centre | 612 | £2,140 |
| Station | 455 | £1,610 |
| Business park | 388 | £1,322 |
Register your interest now and you will be first in line when we open, with a first-customer discount on anything you add to the free till.
This is the sale screen your staff use at the counter. Tap, choose, take the money, next customer. Pick a scenario under the till to see a discount, a refund or a split bill.
We used the big-name tills for years in our own shops. Every one of them did most of the job and charged for all of it. Here is what we did differently.
The basic till is free* for everyone, on Android, iPad, iPhone and laptops. No contract, no minimum term, no "free for three months". Run it for years and never pay us a penny.
Every extra is a separate add-on. Want stock but not scheduling? Fine. Nobody else lets you buy one piece at a time.
If your business needs something nobody offers, we build it. A tailored plan means the till is adapted to how you work, not the other way round.
Fewest taps, keyboard straight away, nothing hidden three menus deep. We built it in our own shops during real lunch rushes.
Internet drops, the till carries on. Sales queue up and sync when the connection is back. Nothing is lost.
Mix iPads, Android tablets, phones and laptops under one account. Add a second site in minutes and see them side by side.
Photograph a delivery note. Stock levels and cost prices update on their own, and the invoice is filed for your accountant.
When you call, you talk to someone who has done a cash-up at eleven at night. Not a script.
Export sales, products, customers and reports whenever you like. We never lock you in.
Products are tiles in your menu's colours. Variations in amber change the product (size, bread, filling); extras in lilac add to it; the chosen one goes green. Eat in or takeaway sets the VAT. Deals and meal offers apply on their own. Pause a sale, recall it, add a note, split the bill.
Card, cash, split, or a prepaid account. Refund whole orders or single lines, back to the card it was paid with. Every refund needs a manager PIN and is logged with who did it.
Count the drawer, the till tells you what it expected and the difference. Close the day and the report is already in the office portal, with card totals and VAT split out.
| Site | Sales | Net | VAT |

Menu, prices, staff, sites, reports and settings from any browser. Change a price in the office and every till picks it up within seconds.
Every functionality explained, and which plan it comes with.
No sign-up, no download. Pick the kind of business you run and the till loads with a menu, deals and discounts that fit it. Then tap around like you would at the counter.
Everything works, nothing is saved. The same screens run on iPad, Android and laptops.
This demo runs in your browser with example menus. Card payments are simulated. The real till connects to your card machine, printer and office portal.
Tap any item to see what you can do with it. Green comes with the free till, purple with Premium, amber is an add-on you can buy on its own.
Tell us. If it makes sense for your business we build it as part of a tailored plan.
Three plans and a shelf of add-ons. Any add-on works with any plan, so you pay for the pieces you use and nothing else. Premium is free for six months, every add-on for three, and you can cancel any time. Prices are announced at launch.
The complete basic till for one site, on the devices you already own.
For businesses that want the back office as well as the counter. Six months free, then a small monthly fee with no commitment.

Ask for more information3fee comes from more than twenty years running cafés, restaurants and shops. We used every big-name till. Each one did most of the job, charged for all of it, and could not be changed when our business needed something different.
We built 3fee for our own sites first, in high-street coffee shops and busy canteens, and fixed what annoyed us during real service.
A till should not cost a small business a monthly fee just to take money. The basic till is free, for good, on the devices you already own.
Our favourite job is a customer saying "nobody does this". If it makes sense, we build it, and it becomes part of the product.
Live every day at Naked Coffee, Shake & Slice Guys and Discount Flooring Superstore.
Back office, stock, suppliers and reporting rolled out to our first customers.
Android, iPad and laptop tills side by side, hardware range confirmed.
Public launch. Free* till for everyone, add-ons and tailored plans open.
We will come back to you with what the till can do for you, and you will be first in line at launch with a first-customer discount.
Support is in the till under Help, or email info@3fee.com. For hardware questions ask the support team and we will put a list together for your counter.

This page explains what we collect when you use the 3fee website, why, and what your rights are. It is written in plain English on purpose.
3FEE LTD (company number 17514952, registered in England) at Dorset House, 20-22 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH1 3NE is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at info@3fee.com.
This policy covers the website only. The 3fee till and office portal have their own privacy notice, given to every business that signs up and shown inside the app.
If you fill in the contact form we receive what you type: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the type and number of sites, and your message. We use it to reply to you, to tell you about the launch and early-customer offers, and to understand what kinds of businesses are interested. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where you have asked to hear about the launch, your consent.
The form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, which passes your message to our mailbox and does not use it for anything else. Our mailbox is provided by Google Workspace.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not track you across other sites. We see totals, not individuals.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare records basic technical details of each request (such as IP address and browser type) for a short time to keep the service running and secure.
The "Try the till" page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you tap is sent to us or saved anywhere.
This website sets no cookies of its own. The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers; Google's own privacy policy covers that request.
Enquiries are kept until two years after our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask us to delete them. Analytics are totals only and are not personal data.
Only the service providers named above, who process it on our instructions. We do not sell or rent your details and we do not share them with card providers or anyone else for their own marketing.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@3fee.com and we will answer within one month. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Anything that changes how we use your information will be explained here before it starts.

Everything on this site describes a product that is still being developed and tested ahead of a public launch in 2027. Features, screens, prices and availability can change before then. Registering your interest does not create a contract, and we will not charge you anything through this site.
"Free" means the basic till has no monthly fee and no contract when you take card payments through our partner card provider, using the card machine we introduce and set up for you. The card provider's own transaction charges still apply and are agreed with them directly. Full terms for the till, Premium and add-ons are provided when you sign up.
The "Try the till" page is a demonstration that runs in your browser with example menus. Payments in it are simulated. It shows how the till works, not the exact screens every customer will get.
You may read, link to and share pages on this site. Please do not copy the design, text, screens or code for another product, send automated traffic, or try to interfere with the site. The 3fee name and logo belong to 3FEE LTD; other product and brand names belong to their owners.
We keep the site accurate and up to date as best we can, but we cannot promise it is error-free or always available. We are not liable for loss caused by relying on it, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence).
How we handle your details is explained in our privacy policy.
